PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of an anti-counterfeit marker sheet from which infinite patterns can be formed inexpensively with the consequent pattern being predictable from a manufacturing condition.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an anti-counterfeit marker sheet comprises the steps of: arranging a first mask 21a over a first photosensitive resin 13 on a substrate 3; exposing the first photosensitive resin 13 through the first mask 21a; developing the first photosensitive resin 13; applying a second photosensitive resin 19 on the substrate 3; arranging a second mask 21b having the same mask pattern as the first mask 21a in a position rotated from the position where the first mask 21a has been arranged by a predefined angle around the center of the first mask 21a over the second photosensitive resin 19; exposing the second photosensitive resin 19 through the second mask 21b; and developing the second photosensitive resin 19.
