METHOD FOR REMOVING OPERATION PANEL PLATE, JIG FOR REMOVING OPERATION PANEL AND OPERATION PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal of an operation panel plate of an operation panel at an elevator gate and enable maintenance work to be efficiently executed.;SOLUTION: The method is used for removing an operation panel plate 4 of an elevator operation panel 3, which covers the surface of a building wall 1 of an operation panel case 4, installed on the building wall 1 at an elevator gate 10 and is elastically held in the operation panel case 4 by plate springs 41a and 41b. The method performs the steps of: preforming a notch 31a on the surface, at the building wall 1 side, of an edge (a lower edge 31c) of the operation panel plate 4; hooking an operating protrusion 72 of a removing jig 7 to the notch 31a; pulling the jig 7 with the operating protrusion 72 hooked; and relieving the operation panel plate 4 from holding force of the plate springs 41a and 41b to be removed the operation panel case 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
