PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety operational device capable of preventing damage at a thrust bearing caused by an excessive thrust power of an extraction steam turbine without applying substantial influence against operation at a production process using steam and electrical power in an extraction steam turbine power generation facility in which steam and electrical power are supplied through an extraction steam turbine.;SOLUTION: A pressure in a low pressure turbine chamber at a low pressure segment of an extraction steam turbine is monitored, and when this pressure becomes larger than a reference pressure in the low pressure turbine chamber corresponding to a detected pressure in a high pressure turbine chamber at a high pressure segment for every time, a degree of a main steam adjusting valve is metered temporarily by a specified amount under a state in which the control over the extraction steam pressure is being kept and a flow rate of steam flowing into the high pressure segment is decreased down to a value less than the reference pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
