PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis pretreatment device capable of defining all sample solution filling a column as an analysis target.SOLUTION: A nozzle moving mechanism 33 moves a nozzle in X, Y or Z direction according to a moving command issued by a command issue device 50. A liquid dispenser 35 discharges a preset amount of liquid from the nozzle at a discharge speed determined according to the dispensing command issued by the command issue device 50. The command issue device 50 synchronously issues the moving command and a dispensing command that are necessary for dispensing the preset amount of liquid into the column while revolving along the inner circumferential wall of the column 43 without bringing the nozzle 31 into contact with the inner circumferential wall of the column 43.
