PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film for substraight type solar cells, comprising a transparent conductive film and a conductive reflection film, which are formed by a wet coating method and have a high reflectance, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the composite film.;SOLUTION: A composition for conductive reflection films including metal nano particles is applied onto a base material 11 by the wet coating method to form a conductive reflection coating film, and the conductive reflection coating film is baked, thus forming the conductive reflection film 12. Binder dispersion is impregnated onto a coating film of oxide particles, which is formed by applying dispersion of conductive oxide particles onto the conductive reflection coating film by the wet coating method, by the wet coating method for baking, thus forming the transparent conductive film 13, while the entire surface of an oxide particle layer 13a is covered with a binder layer 13b.
