In the case where the account ticket is lost, in an account ticket re-issuing device 8 of a payment station 3, a corresponding transaction narrow-down section 8a narrows down a corresponding transaction, and the corresponding transaction is determined by a re-issue identification article determination section 8b, and payment processing according to the determined transaction is implemented by a payment processing section 9.
