PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict physical quantities which a tire ground surface receives from a road surface, for example, wear energy and the like at a higher reproducibility than before, in a tire. PSOLUTION: In the case of predicting the physical quantities which the ground surface of the tire rolling on the road surface receives, firstly, the physical quantities are acquired at a plurality of points on a predetermined ground surface respectively. Then, as the respective plurality of points are regarded as object points, the physical quantities which the ground surface receives from the road surface are predicted by correcting the physical quantities at the object points based on physical quantities at the object points and physical quantities at other points surrounding the object points.
