PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether a user actually displays a target content on a display device and, particularly in the case that the target content is a moving image, whether a browser (the user) views the target content, without requiring an excessive load nor a special device configuration.SOLUTION: An object display area is provided near a content being a detection target of a display time, and an object distribution request signal is periodically transmitted on condition that the area is displayed in a display frame of a terminal. Thus, a content viewing time can be grasped by the transmission of the signal from the terminal. This enables detection of a display time of the content not only when an event resulting from a user's action occurs but also when an event, such as a browser crash, in which a user action cannot be detected, occurs.
