PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of testing blast crisis in a chronic type adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) patient aiming at improving QOL of the chronic type ATL patient by early diagnosis of blast crisis in the chronic type ATL patient.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method of testing blast crisis easiness of a chronic type ATL patient. In the method, soluble CD30 (sCD30) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in a sample collected from the chronic type ATL patient is measured, and the measured value is compared with a standard that blast crisis is easily caused when sIL-2R concentration is 2500U/mL or more and sIL-2R concentration/sCD30 concentration becomes (A) closer to 10 while decreasing with the lapse of time or (B) 10 or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
