PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system including an advertisement reproduction device and a reproduction list creation device for reproducing all determined advertisement contents with high accuracy within a scheduled time even in the case of putting advertisement contents associated with music under reproduction between a plurality of advertisement contents determined to be reproduced within the scheduled time.;SOLUTION: An information processor for creating a reproduction list of advertisement contents to be reproduced by an advertisement reproduction device first determines a time to reproduce advertisement contents, and determines the number of music pieces which can be reproduced by a music reproduction device communicable with the advertisement reproduction device within a reproduction time. Next, the information processor determines a reproducible time of a specific advertisement content to be reproduced in association with a reproducible music piece on the basis of the determined number of music pieces, and determines advertisement contents reproducible within an allowable time obtained by excluding the reproducible time from the reproduction time.
