PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific message generation state automatic notification system capable of automatically making a notification of a specific message generation state without storing specific messages unnecessary for correspondence in an incident DB.SOLUTION: The specific message generation state automatic notification system comprises: a message DB for accumulating specific messages; a message filter unit for classifying message information into any one of a specific message and a non-specific message and storing the specific message in the message DB; an incident management unit for editing the non-specific message classified by the message filter unit and storing the message in an incident DB; an output setting DB periodic output setting unit for defining a narrowing-down condition for narrowing down specific messages that satisfy a predetermined condition in the specific messages; and a periodic correspondence output unit for, on the basis of the narrowing-down condition of the specific messages defined by the output setting DB periodic output setting unit, retrieving the message DB to extract specific messages that satisfy the narrowing-down condition.
