PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To steadily and stably monitor frequency synchronization accuracy between clocks of a transmitter and a receiver without depending on change in the weather or an installation position of the receiver.;SOLUTION: A frequency synchronization accuracy monitoring device monitors a precedent packet (for example, K-th packet) and a succeeding packet (for example, N-th packet) from a transmitter 1 to a receiver 2, and measures frequency synchronization accuracy, where the frequency synchronization accuracy is a deviation of difference between an interval between transmission time TK and TN measured by the transmitter 1 and an interval between reception time TK' and TN' measured by the receiver 2 from 0 which is a value of the difference in the case of complete establishment of frequency synchronization. When synchronization accuracy of a clock frequency deteriorates more than a preset accuracy threshold, the frequency synchronization accuracy monitoring device generates information on the deterioration. Propagation delay between the transmitter 1 and the receiver 2 is approximately constant from transmission of the precedent packet (for example, K-th packet) by the transmitter 1 to reception of the succeeding packet (for example, N-th packet) by the receiver 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
