CROW-NESTING PREVENTION TOOL AND NESTING-GUIDANCE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nesting prevention tool and installation method therefor, which can eliminate a work limitation and a safety concern, such as losing a footing for working on a steel tower, and save time, effort and cost for installation and maintenance.;SOLUTION: A steel member having a protrusion upward in a vertical direction is disposed on a flat surface inside of a tower body of a steel tower main pillar member, and therefor a crow-nesting material is slanted by the protruding portion of the steel member, making arrangement of the nesting material unstable and nesting difficult. Further, the use of the steel member prevents easy deformation, allowing a use for a footing while causing no obstruct to a working space. Furthermore, there is no rotating component and the like, eliminating a need for a specific check because there is no fatigue breakdown.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
