PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse disposal method that a non-discharge excavation hole (compaction hole) is formed by compacting excavated refuse to a hole wall and surface refuse and carried refuse are thrown into the compaction hole in a waste disposal site and by which refuse disposal can be performed even in the disposal site where the compaction hole cannot be kept in a landfill site and the like.;SOLUTION: An excavation body 1 connected with an excavation part 11 having an opening and closing puncture part 115 at the tip part of a casing 12a is used and a compaction hole A is formed by an excavation device 2 having an excavation mechanism 21 achieving rotational excavation while clutching the casing.
