PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide user-friendly liquid sustained release means capable of stably and efficiently keeping on administering a liquid such as a liquid medicine even to an affected part of a lumen inner wall face present in a position counter to gravitation, capable of easily moving a position after the administration, capable of arbitrarily adjusting a dosage or a speed of the liquid administration, and capable of sequentially administering a plurality of kinds of liquid, and to provide an endoscope and an endoscope surgical instrument including the same.SOLUTION: Liquid sustained release means has: an outer bag-like elastic member 2; an expandable inner bag-like elastic member 1 provided inside the outer bag-like elastic member; liquid holding parts 3 holding a liquid between the inner bag-like elastic member and the outer bag-like elastic member; and micropores which are formed in the outer bag-like elastic member and in each of which a diameter varies by expansion and contraction.
