PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide capable of being used in a catalyst which can efficiently treat nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas and particularly, can effectively treat the exhaust gas to be generated from a gas-fired boiler or a gas turbine.;SOLUTION: The oxide of titanium/silicon/tungsten has two peaks at the A peak of 1-20 μm and the B peak of 0.006-0.06 μm and at least one of the A peak and the B peak is the highest when the pore size of the oxide is measured within a range of 0.003-40 μm.
