PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict an air reservoir generating part in a work by simple means.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 generates two-dimensional image data on a cross section Xn along the horizontal direction of the work in a plurality of positions in the vertical direction in an attitude of entering a coating tank, based on three-dimensional image data of the work, and determines whether or not the cross-section Xn is a closed cross section.
