PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deactivate an enzyme contained in a plant.;SOLUTION: There is provided a fertilizer including alcohols of an alcohol content of 35 or more that chemically deactivate an enzyme contained in a plant and prevent dehydration of the plant, a strong acidic substance of a pH of 4 or less and a molecular weight of 1,000 or less that avoids a bad influence on the plant exerted by the alcohols, and a porous adsorbent having pores of a size equivalent to a size of the enzyme for physically adsorbing the enzyme contained in the plant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
