PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear power plant operation system capable of making an appropriate determination of an action to be taken upon a state of emergency.SOLUTION: A nuclear power plant operation system 1 includes: a main control network 10; a sub control network 20; a branching unit 41 that transmits a monitor signal 2 which is transmitted from a sensor 31 disposed in a plant 30 to a first input part 12 and a second input part 22; and switches 42 (42a, 42b) that set a transmission source of an operation signal 3 which is received by actuators 32 (32a, 32b and 32c) disposed in the plant 30 to at least one of a first output part 13 and a second output part 23.
