PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure flexibility in limiting communication speed.;SOLUTION: In response to a first request including identification information on each of a plurality of communication devices and transmitted by any of the plurality of communication devices to a communication speed limiting device for limiting communication speed of a communication device, a communication speed limiting program increases the upper limit of communication speed of any one communication device of the plurality of communication devices to a higher value than a value set to identification information of the communication device, decreases the upper limit of communication speed of other communication devices to values lower than values preset to respective identification information of the other communication devices, and makes the communication devices to perform processing of limiting their communication speed within a range of the increased or decreased upper limit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
