PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake information issuing system for using a signal sensed by an earthquake sensor installed at an elevator, to issue earthquake information, and to provide a monitoring center device used for the earthquake information issuing system, and an earthquake information issuing method.;SOLUTION: The earthquake information issuing system according to an embodiment includes: elevator systems installed in multiple buildings; and a monitoring center device connected to the multiple elevator systems via a network. Each of the multiple elevator systems has: a P-wave detection signal generating device; and a terminal device for adding identification information of an own system to the generated P-wave detection signal and sending the same to the monitoring center device. The monitoring center device includes a seismic center information generating part for generating seismic center information, on the basis of positional information of the multiple elevator systems identified from the identification information added to the received P-wave detection signal, and information of time when each P-wave is sensed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
