PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method for a pressed part, a manufacturing method for the pressed part and a forming die for the pressed part, capable of improving the manufacturing efficiency and the yield of a material in a metallic pressed part with a flange part formed on the one end of a cylindrical boss portion.SOLUTION: A pierce die 110, a pierce punch 120 and a cradle 130 are used for forming a pressed part 90. The pierce die 110 is composed of the first cylindrical forming portion which forms a boss portion 91 and the second forming portion which has a cutting edge 112b and an overhanging portion 112a which push and press a part of a preform 90' while cutting it. A cutting edge 120a which makes a pair with the cutting edge 112b is also formed in the tip portion of the pierce punch 120. When forming the pressed part 90, after cutting off the tip portion 93 of the preform 90' formed by squeezing a blank 80 with the cutting edge 112b and the cutting edge 120a, a preliminary boss portion 91' is pressed and swaged by the overhanging portion 112a.
