PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze a residual stress distribution of a member including a region welded by electron beams.;SOLUTION: The stress distribution estimation method includes the steps of: creating an analysis model of a structure including a welding section welded by electron beams; extracting a region including the welding section from the analysis model; obtaining the relationship between a position in the extracted region and the residual stress; setting a parameter for the extracted region; analyzing the residual stress in the region extracted on the basis of the set parameter; comparing the analysis result with the result of the data obtaining step and performing combining processing; and calculating the residual stress distribution of the analysis model on the basis of the results when the comparison result is determined to be included in an allowance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
