PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creep damage assessment method for members formed of heat-resistant steel or heat-resistant alloy for use at high temperature and susceptible to damages by creep according to the stress state, such as multi-axial stress, of each member, and thereby to enhance the accuracy of estimation of the remaining useful life and of damage assessment.SOLUTION: A creep damage assessment system for determining the intensity of creep damage suffered by high-temperature members used in a high-temperature environment figures out any variation over time of damage parameters in a mono-axial condition and any variation over time in the multi-axiality of a given high-temperature member and corrects the variation over time of the damage parameters with the variation over time in the multi-axiality.
