PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing silver fine grains efficiently producible in a short time, and in which the grain shape of the large majority is controlled to a plate shape, and silver fine grains obtained by the production method.;SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing silver fine grains comprising a first step of mixing silver oxalate with alkylamine or alkoxyamine to produce a silver oxalate-alkylamine complex or a silver oxalate-alkoxyamine complex; and a second step of mixing the silver oxalate-alkylamine complex or silver oxalate-alkoxyamine complex with an oxidizer in an alcohol solvent, and thermally decomposing the mixture to produce plate-shaped silver fine grains coated with the alkylamine or alkoxyamine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
