PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological tissue sticking kit and a biological tissue sticking patch capable of applying a current to a biological tissue while achieving high safety and a low environmental load.SOLUTION: A kit for preparing a biological tissue sticking patch used by being stuck to a biological tissue comprises: a plurality of electrodes including an electrode by which an enzyme catalyzing oxidation-reduction reaction is supported; a conductive member for electrically connecting the plurality of electrodes; and a conductive layer including a substrate of the enzyme. The biological tissue sticking patch used by being stuck to the biological tissue comprises: the plurality of electrodes including the electrode by which the enzyme catalyzing the oxidation-reduction reaction is supported; and the conductive member for electrically connecting the plurality of electrodes.
