PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an input system which is applicable to whole Western Europe language since the currently acceptable input system of portable input electronic equipment in Western Europe corresponds only to the phoneme of the language of each country in Europe, and does not correspond to its phoneme structure.;SOLUTION: In a form corresponding to the whole phoneme structure of Western Europe language, several keys are set such that one key is allowed to take charge of the input of a plurality of alphabets. Over the entire Western Europe language, the input of the same content is allowed by about additional thirty percent of key depression of a current personal computer in a system of manually performing the switching of a keyboard in three rows by three columns and about additional ten percent of key depression in a system of not performing the switching of a keyboard in three rows by five columns. Also, the input of the same content is allowed by about additional twenty-five percent of key depression in a system of determining word spelling by collating an input result with a dictionary on the keyboard in three rows by three columns and the number of key depression close to that of the current personal computer in the case of the similar keyboard in three rows by three columns.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
