UNDERCOAT COATING COMPOSITION FOR CONCRETE FORM AND CONCRETE FORM COATED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for a concrete form, not causing warp, run-away and twisting of material when applied to a poor quality material such as a needle-leaf tree plywood, and excellent in productivity, water resistance, crack resistance and separator hole processability.SOLUTION: A coating composition for a concrete form is produced by heating and combining (A) 100 pts.wt. of a moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt having a melting point of 40 to 100°C, 1 to 10 wt.% of a free isocyanate group and a tack-free time of coating which is coated on a specimen with dissolving at 120°C of 30 seconds to 10 minutes and (B) a composition obtained by combining 60 to 480 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler having an average particle size of 0.5 to 90 μm, with 20 to 50 wt.%, based on the inorganic filler, of one or more kind selected from a group consisting of a tackifier, polyol, a plasticizer, and melting and coating by a coating machine for heat-coating. A concrete form coated with the coating composition is also provided.
