PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly give a control instruction to an automatic toll collection machine which requires to be attended.;SOLUTION: An automatic toll collection machine monitoring system with multiple automatic toll collection machines and multiple monitoring boards connected to the multiple automatic toll collection machines includes: a notification part for notifying of an event generated in one of the automatic toll collection machines; an operation part for receiving an instruction to the automatic toll collection machine for taking a measure for the event notified of by the notification part; an operation right management part for giving an operation right of the automatic toll collection machine where the event has been generated to a monitoring board when receiving the instruction from this monitoring board via the operation part; and an operation right restriction part for prohibiting reception of the instruction from the other monitoring boards when the operation right for the automatic toll collection machine has been given to the monitoring board.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
