PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-user MIMO system, a base station, user equipment and a CQI feedback method.SOLUTION: The multi-user MIMO system includes the base station and the user equipment which communicate with each other through a radio network,. The user equipment feeds back channel quality information corresponding to a first rank value scheduled at a previous time, to the base station. On the basis of the channel quality information corresponding to the first rank value fed back from the user equipment, the base station acquires channel quality information corresponding to all rank values of the user equipment, and on the basis of the channel quality information corresponding to all rank values of all of the user equipment, the base station performs scheduling. The present invention greatly improves system throughput performance without an increase in the overhead of uplink signaling.
