DEVICE FOR RAISING RED FLASHING ELECTRIC LIGHT AND SENDING SOS WITH SPINDLE-SHAPED BALLOON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an early detection by allowing a victim himself/herself, when meeting with a disaster, to send a self evacuation site or a drifting site on water to a person passing nearby, a search party, or a ship passing nearby.SOLUTION: A victim makes an emergency contact through a cellular phone or the like and raises a device for "raising a red flashing electric light with a red balloon and sending an SOS" up in the sky higher than an obstacle such as trees and a cliff in the site for about 5 m (higher than a body or a drifting ship on water). This method can highly improve a possibility that a person passing nearby, a search party, or a crew of a ship may find the flashing electric light or the baloon with naked eyes, a telescope, or binoculars from a distant place so as to rescue the victim. The early detection of the victim is a cardinal rule of a rescue of victims that is universally accepted, however, regrettably, a method for a victim's telling a location of the disaster has not been established yet. This is one of methods for dissolving problem distressing both of the victim and the search party.
