PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find whether an input sound signal contains music or not on a real-time basis.;SOLUTION: A sound feature extraction section 22 obtains a digital sound signal from a sound signal buffer 20 and extracts a frame sound feature value for each short-time frame; a frame evaluation value calculation section 24 calculates a frame evaluation value, which indicates whether or not a sound signal contains music for each short-time frame, on the basis of the frame sound feature value; a report determination section 28 calculates a report presence evaluation value, which indicates whether or not containment of music in the sound signal is reported, on the basis of the frame evaluation values for a prescribed number of the previous frames, including the current frame, and determines whether or not the containment of music in the sound signal is reported, for each short-time frame on the basis of the calculated report presence evaluation value; and a report control section 30 controls a report device 14 so that a determination result of the report determination section 28 is reported to the outside when the determination result indicates that the containment of music in the sound signal is reported.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
