PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presence situation display system, a telephone apparatus, a presence situation discrimination method, and a presence situation discrimination program, capable of appropriately understanding presence situation of a user without asking the user to operate for each presence and leave occasion.;SOLUTION: A telephone apparatus permanently installed on a seat occupied by a certain user, includes: radio communication means for performing a radio communication with a portable terminal which is associated with the telephone apparatus and is carried and used by the certain user; measurement means for digitizing a measurement target amount on the basis of a prescribed standard, the measurement target amount involving the radio communication and varying according to the distance between the telephone apparatus and the portable terminal; present situation discrimination means for discriminating whether the certain user using the portable terminal is present at the seat or not on the basis of at least the measurement target amount digitized by the measurement means; and output means for outputting a discrimination result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
