PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set actual nap time without caring about time required to fall asleep.;SOLUTION: A nap timer includes a function for starting notification operation for notifying a user of lapse of predetermined time when the predetermined time set by the user has elapsed. The nap timer includes: timer setting means 51 for setting the predetermined time by user's operation; counting means 52 for starting time count set by the timer setting means; and operation buttons 8 and 9 energized so as to be restored from a depressed position to an initial position, and when being released from a depressed state by the user and restored to the initial position, starting the counting means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
