PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric motor capable of maintaining a drive performance even when an object to which a protrusion of a vibrator is abutted, is worn out.;SOLUTION: A plurality of energizing members which are bent in an extension/contraction direction of a vibrator, energize the vibrator in the extension/contraction direction, and abut a protrusion to an object, are provided in a direction (extension direction) crossing the vibrator both in the extension/contraction direction and a bending direction. Thus, when the object is worn out at a position abutted with the protrusion of the vibrator, the vibrator is moved not only in the extension/contraction direction towards the object but also in the extension direction by recovering of the plurality of energizing members from a bent attitude. Therefore, the protrusion can be abutted to the object at a position where wearing does not progress. As a result, a state of contact between the object and the protrusion is prevented from being significantly changed, and a drive performance of the piezoelectric motor can be maintained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
