PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inducement instrument for sampling a high concentration sperm-containing liquid in which foreign matters of bacillus, a glass piece or the like are not mixed, and that can perform adjustment of a sperm-containing liquid for artificial insemination by excellent workability.;SOLUTION: An inducement instrument 1 for sampling a high concentration sperm-containing liquid is a synthetic resin tube body 2, and includes: a distal end 3 for sperm suction that performs diameter expansion and has a slit formed to a side; and a rear end 4 for connecting a sampler instrument to which a high concentration sperm-containing liquid sampler instrument 9 can be connected, wherein the inducement instrument 1 can be stored in a tube having a bottom 7 for centrifugal separation, and centrifugation can be performed with the tube having a bottom 7 such that the end 3 locates in the bottom by a state being stored in the tube having a bottom 7. After the centrifugal separation, a high concentration sperm-containing liquid 15 located in a bottom layer of the tube having a bottom 7 is sucked from the rear end 4 side, thereby the high concentration sperm containing liquid 15 is sucked from the distal end 3 to be made to pass in the inducement instrument 1 and can be sampled in the liquid sampler instrument 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
