PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot system and a collection method for parking fee capable of effectively collecting parking fee at a low cost by using an existing communication system.;SOLUTION: A processing device of a parking lot system comprises: first acquisition means for acquiring identification information on a user from an on-vehicle apparatus of a vehicle approaching an entrance of a parking lot; entrance control means for permitting entrance of the vehicle, when the identification information on a user is acquired by the first acquisition means; holding means for holding management data of the vehicle in which an entrance date and time is added to the identification information on a user acquired by the first acquisition means; second acquisition means for acquiring the identification information on a user from an on-vehicle apparatus of a vehicle approaching an exit of the parking lot; exit control means for extracting the management data including the identification information on a user acquired by the second acquisition means and, when the extracted management data is normal, permitting exit of the vehicle; and transmission means for transmitting specification data including parking fee for the vehicle for which exit is permitted by the exit control means to a host system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
