PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord reel cover, a cord reel with the cord reel cover, and a covering method for the cord reel such that trouble due to heat generation of an electric cord of the cord reel is prevented at low cost without remodeling the cord reel itself.;SOLUTION: There is provided a cord reel cover 1 mounted on a cord reel 101 including a cylindrical drum 103, disk-like side plates 104, 104 arranged at both ends of the drum 103 coaxially with the drum 103, outlets 141, 141, ..., arranged on the side plates 104, 104, and a long-sized electric cord 102 wound around the drum 103. The cord reel cover 1 includes a cover member 2 which is mounted on the front-side side plate 104 while closing the outlets 141, 141, ..., at the same time, and a dunnage member 6 as fall preventing means which prevents the cover member 2 from falling from the drum 103 while the electric cord 102 is not all drawn out of the drum 103.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
