PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution system and the like in which a generation source of power to charge an accumulator battery for traveling of an electric vehicle can be distinguished.SOLUTION: A power distribution system 10 comprises a first power distribution system 14 for supplying power generated by a centralized power source and power generated by a distributed power source to electric facilities. The power distribution system 10 further comprises: a second power distribution system 16 which is provided electrically independently from the first power distribution system and distributes power only from the distributed power source; switching means 22 for selectively switching power distribution from the distributed power source to the first power distribution system 14 or the second power distribution system 16; a charging device 40 which is provided in the second power distribution system 16 and is capable of charging an accumulator battery 20 for traveling of an electric vehicle 2 with power generated by the distributed power source; and charging amount detection means 44 for detecting the amount of power with which the accumulator battery 20 for traveling of the electric vehicle 2 is charged by the charging device 40.
