PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crown restoration chip capable of easily and surely acquiring an appropriate contact pressure at a contact point with an adjacent tooth without using an existing wedge or an interdental separator when restoring a crown of a complicated cavity, and to provide a crown restoration method using the crown restoration chip.;SOLUTION: A crown restoration chip 1 includes: a columnar or prismatic main shaft part 2; a head part 4 provided at one end of the main shaft part 2 and having a round shape; and a grip part 3 integrally erected orthogonally to the longitudinal direction of the main shaft part 2; and is formed of a same material as a filler for filling the cavity. The crown is restored using the crown restoration chip 1 and the crown restoration chip is temporarily mounted in the cavity of a patient's tooth, with the head part 4 brought into pressure contact with an adjacent tooth.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
