PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend an acquisition state of contents without installing software exclusive for terminal equipment.;SOLUTION: When receiving an inquiry for an IP address corresponding to the domain name of a content server 300 from a PC 200, a DNS server 110 always returns the IP address of an investigation support server 130 to a PC 200. When receiving an access request from the PC 200, an investigation support server 130 acquires contents from the content server 300. Furthermore, the investigation support server 130 transmits the contents with a script for investigation acquired by embedding a script for investigation in the acquired contents to the PC 200. When receiving the contents with a script for investigation, the PC 200 executes the script for investigation, and generates and transmits the content acquisition state data.
