PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow development-related persons to easily search target development deliverables.;SOLUTION: A developing resource management device 100 collects developing resources as an aggregate of development deliverables; creates a function dictionary in which functions of the developing resources are organized as a dictionary as key information for sorting the respective development deliverables from a function definition file in the developing resources; identifies functions of development deliverables from the developing resources other than the function definition file using the function dictionary and identifies the steps of the development deliverables using a step dictionary in which development steps are organized as a dictionary; generates a structure dictionary in which the functions and steps of the development deliverables are associated with each other; when a function is specified, after grouping the development deliverables based on the function while referring to the structure dictionary, displays a hierarchical structure as a list of the developing resources which are the development deliverables having the same function grouped based on the steps; and when a step is specified, after grouping the development deliverables based on the step while referring to the structure dictionary, displays a hierarchical structure as a list of the developing resources which are the development deliverables having the same step grouped based on the function.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
