PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of an ITC education on the basis of the history of reactions or evaluations of educations performed by different educators and different educatees and at different education sites in education using education application software.SOLUTION: An education site improvement support system includes: an education site history storage part for storing a history of education site information representing reactions or evaluations by education site participants including educators and educatees at education sites using education application software by associating the history with the education application software; an education site information reception part for receiving the education site information acquired by a communication terminal or a device connected to the communication terminal from the communication terminal; and an analytical information generation part for generating analytical information of the education sites from the received education site information and the history of the education site information.
