PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a dry cation exchange resin, which reduces eluate derived from a cation exchange resin and to provide a dry cation exchange resin produced by the method.;SOLUTION: The method of producing a dry cation exchange resin includes: a preliminary freezing step where a wet cation exchange resin is quickly frozen at or below -10°C to obtain a dry cation exchange resin; and a vacuum drying step where the frozen cation exchange resin is dried in vacuum at 100 Pa or below to obtain a dry cation exchange resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
