PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe adjuvant for oral immunization vaccine, oral immunization vaccine including the adjuvant, and a new method for protective inoculation of oral immunization vaccine to domestic animals.;SOLUTION: An oral immunization vaccine of which main component is an inactivated pathogen and an adjuvant containing, as the effective component, soluble CD14 purified from milk, especially from bovine colostrum (bsCD14) are mixed just before administration, by which bsCD14 as the adjuvant activates TLR expression in the intestinal tract cells and the inactivated pathogen can exert vaccine effect even by oral administration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
