PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi fare display system, a server device, and a taxi fare display support program, capable of showing an ever changing fare to a user on the basis of the taxi fare from the getting-on position while allowing for time delay caused by congestion or traffic lights.;SOLUTION: A portable terminal notifies a server device of the taxi getting-on position, the destination designated, and the current position after the getting-on in a prescribed time interval. The server accumulates the current positions of the portable terminal in association with the time course one after another. The server device refers to information on rules how to calculate taxi fares at the timing of notifying the portable terminal of the taxi fare, calculates a first fare from the getting-on position to the current position of the notification timing on the basis of the accumulated movement locus and transit time of the portable terminal, updates a third fare from the getting-on position to the destination by adding a second fare calculated on the basis of the route between the current position at the notification timing and the destination, to the first fare.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
