PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for alleviating hunger without calorie intake or with low calorie intake.SOLUTION: The composition includes glucomannan and a gum base. The chewing of the composition allows glucomannan-containing saliva to be swallowed, so that glucomannan entering the stomach and the presence of glucomannan in the stomach can be strongly perceivable, resulting in alleviation of hunger.
