PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning angle measuring device and a turning angle measuring method that are capable of improving flexibility of a body, and to provide a pivot leg measuring method that is capable of determining a pivot leg.;SOLUTION: A turning angle measuring device 10 for measuring a turning angle of a body comprises: an upper rotary member 12 that rotates around an axis of a central shaft 22 in a state of being contacted by the body; a lower support member 14 that supports the upper rotary member 12 in a manner rotatable around the axis of the central shaft 22; a rotation angle scale member 30 that is provided at the lower support member 14 and includes a rotation angle scale 32 of the upper rotary member 12; and a rotation angle indication member 28 that is provided at the upper rotary member 12, rotates along with the rotation of the upper rotary member 12 around the axis of the central shaft 22 and indicates a prescribed position of the rotation angle scale 32.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
