PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washstand capable of securing a storage space in a cabinet widely even though the position of a floor drain pipe in the framework of a building changes.;SOLUTION: A drain pipe facility which can be installed inside a cabinet, includes: a straight pipe part connected to a drain outlet formed in a water tub; an S-shaped drain trap connected to the downstream side end of the straight pipe part; and a cranked pipe part connected to the downstream side end of the drain trap. The drain trap is constituted by connecting a U-shaped pipe part arranged on the upstream side and an inverted U-shaped pipe part arranged on the downstream. The crank-shaped pipe part includes: a first vertical pipe part connected to the downstream side end of the drain trap and penetrating a bottom board of the cabinet; a second vertical pipe part connected to a floor piping in the framework of a building which is arranged below the cabinet; and a horizontal pipe part connecting the first vertical pipe part and the second vertical pipe part in a horizontal direction. A connection part between the vertical pipe part and the U-shaped pipe part, the connection part between the U-shaped pipe part and the inverted U-shaped pipe part, and the connection part between the inverted U-shaped pipe part and the crank-shaped pipe part are connected rotatably in the horizontal direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
