PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an adjustment prevent guidance from being given in the order different from the order of registration among users whose departure floor/destination floor are the same, when guidance cannot be immediately given to a destination call.;SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an elevator group management control system using landing destination-floor registration devices includes: an allocation processing section; an operation schedule storage section; a guidance control section; a reserved call storage section; and a call exchange section. The allocation processing section allocates an allocated car/an allocated round, on which a user should ride, to a destination call. The operation schedule storage section stores operation schedule information according to the allocated car/the allocated round. The guidance control section determines whether guidance can be immediately given to the destination call. The reserved call storage section stores a departure floor/a destination floor/an allocated car/an allocated round of a destination call to which guidance cannot be immediately given. When guidance can be immediately given to a new destination call, if there are other destination calls with the same departure floor/destination floor in the reserved call storage section, the call exchange section exchanges allocated cars/allocated rounds between the destination call reserved for the longest time among them and the new destination call.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
